I have lived in New Jersey since 1972. I worked for a financial organization, Winston Financial. I worked directly for the owner. It was a very challenging job.  We had two offices, one in Point Pleasant, NJ and Manhattan.  I retired from Winston November 10, 2006. We bought a home here in November 2006 in Summerfield, Fl and moved in December 1, 2006.  I moved here with my best friend and partner of 30 years, Les Widner.  He also retired in November from the Lakewood, NJ police department as a sergeant working there for 33 years.  Retirement is WONDERFUL. We get up everyday and the biggest question is what to do?  Golf? Pool? Or just take rides to get acquainted with our new home state. My oldest son Mark lives in Brick, NJ with his wife and son Joshua (11). Mark is manager of Laidlaw Transit. Second son Stephen lives in Whitehall, Pa with his two children, Jessica (16) and Alexander (13).  Steve is Chief Deputy District Attorney for Lehigh County. I cannot wait for my children and grandkids to come for a visit.  We live about 45 minutes north of Orlando. I miss being close to them but this is what we have worked so hard for all these years!  YEA retirement!! Life is good!
